Spring camp is underway in The Little Apple, but that doesn’t mean Kansas State football has hit the brakes on recruiting. On Monday morning, the Wildcats landed another commitment in the secondary.

Three-star safety Julian Elzey commits to Kansas State
Class of 2027 safety Julian Elzey announced on X that he plans to join the Kansas State program after finishing his high school career in Georgia.
“I rock with who rock with me!!! GO CATS!! 100% committed!!! LETS GO!!” he posted.

Elzey, a senior at Brookwood High School in Lilburn, Georgia, stands a little over six feet tall and weighs around 190 pounds.
Per 247Sports, he is rated the No. 63 safety in the 2027 class and becomes the fourth commitment of the cycle for first-year head coach Collin Klein.
Elzey’s high school production gives fans reason for optimism
As a junior, Elzey logged 76 tackles in open space. Over his varsity career, he has totaled 149 tackles and two fumble recoveries across 24 games.
Previous reports also noted that he picked up offers from Miami, Auburn, Boston College, and Duke.
